WARRANTY Information
All our Computer Systems come with 24 Months RTB (return to base) Warranty, with options to upgrade to 36 Months On-Site. (excludes failures caused by software &/or misuse) On-Site warranties are through NWS with over 2,000 service agents Australia Wide. more info
24 Months RTB warranty: Should a component fail, in the majority of cases we can determine the problem over the phone and send a replacement part ASAP. In other cases we can organise for our courier to pick up the entire system and return it to us (available in most areas).
FREE POSTAGE AUSTRALIA WIDE - (No PO BOXES) If you require postage to a PO Box please contact us.

* We use FastWay Couriers , Couriers Please & Australia Post to some regional areas.
* We take great care in ensuring that your system is safe & securely packaged in strong durable cartons.
* You will receive tracking information for your order so you can track & trace your order with the Courier company.
