Computer 'Freezing" problem
A Computer that freezes can commonly be caused by software or drivers, especially non-vista compatible software & drivers.
We recommend a full reinstall of VISTA - Installing or Reinstalling Vista
A computer that freezes can also be caused by a faulty stick of RAM (memory).
Click on the START button and go to CONTROL PANEL.
Make certain you are in CLASSIC VIEW (in the left hand column)
You should have about 60 icons now.
Double click on ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS (as below)

and then double click MEMORY DIAGNOSTICS TOOL.
Click on "RESTART NOW & CHECK FOR PROBLEMS" (as below)

The system will reboot and check the memory.
This will take a while and then reboot into Vista.
Vista will report if there is a problem.
Do this at least twice and if there is a problem reported please let us know.
