All our Computer Systems come with 24 Months RTB (return to base) Warranty, with options to upgrade to 36 Months On-Site. (excludes failures caused by software &/or misuse) On-Site warranties are through NWS with over 2,000 service agents Australia Wide.
24 Months RTB warranty: Should a component fail, in the majority of cases we can determine the problem over the phone and send a replacement part ASAP. In other cases we can organise for our courier to pick up the entire system and return it to us (available in most areas).
